I have created clay heads that represent each nationality from my DNA results. I did it from a very stereotypical standpoint, to understand each culture. I used 'Polymer oven cook clay' and my research to form the different features that are associated with each ethnicity within my dna.

Outcomes
What went wrong
I originally used dry chalk and mixed it with water making it thicker to paint with. i found it hard to mix my own colour with medium and when varnishing it kept smudging.
I Tested out needle felting the hair for my Scottish/ Irish head. I didn't like how it looked and found it a hard material to use.
result when cooking the clay for 20 mins - it causes the clay to burn.
My Thoughts
